Responsabilidades
- Recibir instrucciones vía correo electrónico y estar en constante comunicación con los clientes.
- Surtir pedidos de acuerdo con las órdenes de trabajo.
- Coordinar operaciones con los montacarguistas
- Coordinar transbordos, descargas y cargas de embarques.
- Despachar operadores y recolectar pruebas de entrega.
- Mantener el orden y limpieza de las áreas de trabajo.
- Realizar conteos cíclicos e inventarios físicos.
- Confirmar pedidos y entregas con los clientes.
- Cumplir con las políticas de seguridad y procedimientos operativos.
- Educación secundaria terminada o equivalente.
- Experiencia previa en almacén, distribución o logística (preferida, no indispensable).
- Capacidad para levantar y mover mercancía de hasta 50 lb (23 kg).
- Disponibilidad para trabajar de pie durante la jornada.
- Habilidad para seguir instrucciones y trabajar en equipo.
- Conocimientos básicos de uso de escáneres de código de barras (deseable).
- Organización y atención al detalle.
- Puntualidad y responsabilidad.
- Trabajo en equipo.
- Adaptabilidad y capacidad para trabajar en un entorno dinámico
