Job Summary We are seeking a qualified and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dynamic team. As a Registered Nurse with Aviata at Oakfield, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality, patient-centered care in our skilled nursing and rehabilitation facilities. $40 - $43 HOURLY salary and a competitive benefits package are just a few perks of being part of our team! Responsibilities Supervise staff and oversee patient care in accordance with standards of care and practice and applicable state/federal regulations Follow established facility policies and procedures while providing and coordinating resident care with other facility personnel Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants during shift, including assigning and distributing work, performance management, training new staff, and ensuring work is being performed according to facility standards Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications Must possess a current, unencumbered, active state license to practice as an RN Experience in Skilled Nursing/Rehabilitation facilities preferred You must be qualified, compassionate, and dedicated to a job well done We Offer Competitive pay rate: $40 - $43 HOURLY Additional holiday pay and overtime hours may apply Health insurance for the entire family Perfect Punch Program: $225 bi-weekly bonus 401k with a match 12 hour shifts We are an equal opportunity employer and welcome candidates from diverse backgrounds.
