About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief of Staff for Behavioral Health and Intellectual Disability Services. Applicants for the Chief of Staff position should have a deep understanding of behavioral health, intellectual disability services, and population health strategies. The role requires exceptional project management, organizational, and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively within a political environment. A Master's degree in a related field is preferred, with a minimum of 8-10 years' leadership experience, particularly in behavioral health or human services. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in strategic planning, policy development, and intergovernmental relations, and be adept at fostering cross-sector partnerships and building consensus among diverse stakeholders. Responsibilities also include leading policy analysis, planning efforts, and ensuring the integration of data-driven decision-making and evidence-based practices into organizational priorities.
