Receiver Job
The Receiver is responsible for receiving all incoming raw product into Famous with correct weights and lots.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities:
- Make sure that all field tags are completely filled out with all necessary information including Grower lots, SKU's, Quantities, and ranches
- Make sure that all weights and tares are correct and entered in Famous
- Print all pallet tags correctly and tagged each pallet
- Coordinate with cooling department on prioritization and work flow of all incoming raw product.
- Reconcile all receiving entries at the end of the shift.
- Communicate any discrepancies with lots on both Field Tag and Famous to Grower Accounting.
Education And/ Or Experience:
- Minimum Education (or substitute experience) required: High School Diploma
- Minimum Experience required: Must have knowledge of all Rae Product materials
Skills And Qualifications:
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and good working knowledge of other Microsoft Office software. Experience and proficiency in database software a plus, Proficient in Famous required.
- Famous and Microsoft Excel
Other Qualifications:
- Able to travel/relocate as required
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
