MedStar Health is excited to announce a new opportunity for an experienced Nurse Practitioner to join our expanding primary care team at our Eckington location in Washington, DC. This is an excellent opportunity to establish a thriving practice within one of the region's leading healthcare systems while making a meaningful impact on the health and well-being of a diverse patient population.

Position Highlights

100% outpatient primary care
MondayFriday schedule
Flexible scheduling options
Established practice with four primary care providers
Dedicated clinical and administrative support staff
On-site laboratory
Access to a broad network of specialists

Compensation and Incentives

Competitive base salary of $135,000
Sign-on bonus
Annual quality incentive of up to $10,000, guaranteed in full during the first year
Quarterly bonuses based on patient volumes

Qualifications

Completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner
Board certified as a Nurse Practitioner
3+ years experience in Primary care
Eligible for medical licensure in Maryland
Certification: Basic Life Support (BLS) upon start

This position has a hiring range of USD $135,000.00 - USD $135,000.00 /Yr.
