Warehouse Associate - Freezer (Cold Storage)

Pay: starting at $18.00-$20.00 per hour (based on experience) + $2.00 per hour freezer differential
Shift: 6am Start
Location: Irving, TX

The Role

This position works primarily in a freezer environment supporting order fulfillment and inventory operations. Ideal candidates are comfortable working in cold temperatures and enjoy physical, fast-moving work.

Pick, pack, and stage customer orders accurately in freezer storage
Receive, stock, and rotate inventory using FIFO practices
Load and unload shipments safely and efficiently
Operate pallet jacks and warehouse equipment as assigned
Maintain organized storage areas and accurate inventory counts
Follow all safety procedures and company SOPs
Work closely with warehouse and office teams to meet daily shipping goals

What You Need

Ability and willingness to work in sub-zero freezer temperatures for extended periods
Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs regularly
Reliability and strong attention to detail
Previous warehouse, freezer, food distribution, or cold-storage experience preferred
Commitment to safety and teamwork in a physical work environment
