We’re hiring paraprofessionals and classroom support staff for the 2026–2027 school year to work with students who need specialized support. As a Special Education Paraprofessional, you'll work closely with licensed teachers to support K–12 students with special needs in the classroom. Your role will focus on helping students succeed academically, socially, and emotionally by providing one-on-one and small group assistance tailored to their IEP goals. We are seeking Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) to join us supporting students. In this role positively contributing to the lives of children in special education by supporting licensed teachers with academic adaptations, self-care, and social/behavioral needs. Please note - This role is in Fox Chapel and will require a vehicle to commute to the school. Aid students in meeting their individualized education plan (IEP) Utilize a variety of learning methods to enhance the student's learning experiences and support them as needed Support students with elements of personal care (feeding, toileting, etc.) High School Diploma or GED ~3 months experience with Special Needs or Disabilities ~ Applicants must have professional proficiency in English ~ US Work Authorization - Zen Educate cannot provide sponsorship for an employment visa or relocation assistance at this time. Additional physical requirements may be requested during your application process Previous experience working in special education Crisis prevention (CPI) training Pay: $20 per hour, paid weekly. Schedule: Minimum 5 days throughout Monday to Friday, within hours of 7:30 - 3:00/4:30 pm.
