Davis Machine- Commercial Assistant / Customer Service Representative Location: Euless, Texas Employment Type: Full-Time, Non-Exempt Workplace: On-site Pay Range: $24.00–$30.00 per hour About the Role Davis Machine is seeking a Commercial Assistant / Customer Service Representative to support our fittings commercial team. This position will play an important role in supporting customer sales orders, quotations, RFQs, customer communications, and day-to-day sales administration. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, responsive, and comfortable communicating with both customers and internal teams. This role requires the ability to manage multiple priorities while ensuring customer requests, orders, and inquiries are handled accurately and in a timely manner. Responsibilities Enter and maintain customer sales orders and related information in JobBOSS. Review customer orders for accuracy and completeness and communicate questions or discrepancies as needed. Maintain accurate sales order records and process order changes. Respond to customer order status and delivery inquiries by coordinating with internal departments. Assist with preparing, entering, tracking, and distributing customer quotations and requests for quote (RFQs). Gather information needed to support timely and accurate customer quotations. Maintain quote records and assist with follow-up on open quotations. Serve as a professional day-to-day contact for customer questions, requests, and order-related communications. Provide timely and courteous follow-up to customers. Escalate customer concerns or issues to the appropriate commercial or management representative when necessary. Maintain organized records of customer orders, quotations, correspondence, and related commercial documentation. Coordinate with internal departments to support customer requirements and commitments. Provide general administrative support to the commercial and sales teams. Perform other commercial, customer service, and sales support duties as assigned. Previous experience in customer service, sales support, order entry, commercial administration, or a related role preferred. Experience working in a manufacturing environment preferred. Experience with JobBOSS or a similar ERP/manufacturing system is a plus. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through on commitments. Comfortable communicating directly with customers and working cross-functionally with internal teams. Proficiency with standard Microsoft Office applications. Compensation The pay range for this position is $24.00–$30.00 per hour , depending on experience, qualifications, and demonstrated skills.
