Family Preservation Services Case Manager Mission

Transitional Housing Case Manager Supports clients in developing goals for education, employment, life skills, and social skills; assists clients in obtaining permanent housing while engaging in substance use disorder services for recovery. Seasonal Maintenance Worker Conducts basic maintenance tasks, including all phases of lawn and groundskeeping. Behavioral Interventionist (BI) Provides one‑on‑one support in the home or community to youth whose behavior threatens their living situation; works with families of varied skill levels in communication, parenting, organization, and cleanliness; promotes stability and behavioral change. Peer Support Specialist Advocates and supports individuals with substance use or mental health disorders through DCCCA Behavioral Health Services; focuses on recovery and stabilizes physical, mental, social, recreational, and life skills. Child Welfare Parent Support Specialist Offers in‑home support to foster families, families in family preservation, and post‑adoption programs; assists families and youth with behavioral issues that threaten living stability. Childcare Teacher Designs and implements age‑appropriate curriculum and activities for client children. Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Plans, develops, organizes, implements, directs, and evaluates the organization’s fiscal functions to support DCCCA’s mission; requires strong technical, analytical, judgmental, operational, and communication skills.
