You Have: Knowledge of change frameworks, executive messaging strategy, stakeholder engagement models, and organizational readiness assessments for enterprise software or operational shifts Ability to partner with executive stakeholders to translate complex business objectives into strategic communication plans and cross-functional delivery roadmaps Ability to obtain a Secret clearance Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of experience in organizational change management (OCM), management consulting, or leading large-scale workforce or digital transformations, or Master’s degree and 3+ years of experience in OCM, management consulting, or leading large-scale workforce or digital transformations Nice If You Have: Experience managing multi-channel change communications, manager toolkits, and training execution for enterprise deployments Knowledge of OKR planning or reporting frameworks and internal communication systems for large organizational divisions Ability to mentor staff, manage project risk, and lead cross-functional delivery teams across complex client initiatives Top Secret clearance Master’s degree in Public Policy, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field Prosci Certified Change Practitioner, Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP), or PMP Certification Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $77,600.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
