Position Experienced Audit Associate Summary A Japanese accounting firm is looking for an Experienced Audit Associate. Essential Duties Lead Audit Engagements: Oversee and manage audit assignments, including planning and execution. Review Financial Statements: Analyze and verify the accuracy of financial statements and records. Evaluate Internal Controls: Assess the effectiveness of internal controls and risk management processes. Prepare Reports: Create detailed audit reports with findings and recommendations. Communicate with Clients: Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and concerns. Ensure Compliance: Verify adherence to auditing standards, regulations, and company policies. Stay Informed: Keep updated on changes in accounting and auditing standards. Working Hours, Working style 8:30-17:30 Woking Location Indianapolis, IN Salary/Benefit 70K-100K Individual salaries that are offered to a candidate are determined after consideration of numerous factors including but not limited to the candidate’s qualifications, experience, skills, and geography. Holidays Saturday Sunday Holiday Qualifications 2-5 years of recent audit experience in public accounting, including experience auditing Japanese companies BA/BS degree from an accredited college/university and eligible to sit for the CPA exam Solid and working knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles and auditing and review procedures Ability to meet challenges and exceed client requirements and possess strong communication, interpersonal, analytical, and research skills Supervisory experience Ability and willingness to travel Ability to read/write/communicate in Japanese #J-18808-Ljbffr
