Position Description: CGI Federal is seeking a Management Analyst I to provide support to the Civil Division of the Department of Justice in Washington, DC. Your future duties and responsibilities: * Review submitted claim forms for completion and substantial compliance with Program filing requirements. * Perform data entry into the Division's Case Information Management System or similar electronic platform. * Ensure claim files are appropriately created in paper and electronic formats according to standard operating procedures. * Identify and report duplicate claim entries and quality control issues to supervising personnel. * Generate and mail standardized letters acknowledging claim receipt. Required qualifications to be successful in this role: Required qualifications to be successful in this role: * Ability to successfully obtain a DOJ Public Trust. * High School Diploma. * Ability to pass the CGI Federal background investigation. * Proficient in data entry with experience in Microsoft Office. * Strong written and interpersonal communication skills. * Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team. Hourly Rate: $25.72/hour CGI is required by law in some jurisdictions to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. The determination of this range includes various factors including but not limited to: skill set level, relevant experience and training, and licensure and certifications. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
