A wellestablished civil and mechanical contractor in the Nashville area is seeking an experienced Water/Wastewater Superintendent to lead field operations on complex municipal treatment plant projects. This is a handson leadership role for someone who understands the unique challenges of WTP/WWTP construction and takes pride in delivering highquality, highimpact infrastructure.
What You’ll Lead

• Daily field operations for water and wastewater treatment plant projects
• Installation of process piping, mechanical systems, tankage, and structural components
• Coordination with project managers, engineers, inspectors, and subcontractors
• Monitoring manpower, materials, equipment, and production to maintain schedule and quality
• Enforcing safety standards and modeling a culture of accountability
• Reading and interpreting plans, specs, and technical documents
• Solving field issues proactively and adapting to changing site conditions

What You Bring

• 7+ years of experience in WTP/WWTP construction
• Strong background in process piping, mechanical systems, and treatment plant operations
• Proven ability to lead crews and manage both selfperform and subcontracted work
• Strong communication and leadership skills - respected by field teams
• Solid understanding of OSHA and construction safety requirements
• Ability to troubleshoot, plan ahead, and keep work moving efficiently
