Registered Nurse (RN) - HospiceWe are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) with outpatient hospice experience to provide compassionate care in a supportive environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering quality nursing care to patients in a hospice setting, managing their physical, emotional, and spiritual needs.Work ScheduleMonday to Thursday: 5:00 PM - 3:00 AMThis position includes a 1-hour lunch break.On-call duties from 3:00 AM - 8:00 AM (Monday to Thursday night).Key ResponsibilitiesProvide direct patient care in accordance with established protocols and standards.Respond to triage calls during on-call hours, providing support and making home visits as necessary.Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.Educate patients and families about hospice services, disease processes, and care options.Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient assessments and care provided.QualificationsValid Registered Nurse (RN) license.Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.Active driver's license and reliable transportation.Prior experience in outpatient hospice nursing is required.Skills and CompetenciesStrong interpersonal and communication skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Excellent organizational and time management skills.Compassionate approach to patient care.BenefitsWe offer a supportive work environment and opportunities for professional growth and development.
