Reports to: National Director of Sewing

Job Summary: Create, repair, and maintain high-quality mascot costumes to meet client needs.

Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain high-quality mascot costumes for various events and organizations
• Repair and modify existing mascot costumes as needed
• Work with clients to ensure their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely completion of projects
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Keep up to date with industry trends and techniques

Job Requirements: 

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in mascot costume creation and repair
• Proficient in sewing and patternmaking
• Knowledge of various fabrics and materials used in mascot costume creation
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Working hours are Monday-Friday 7am-3:30pm. Flexibility with working days and hours is required to meet customer demands.
8+ hours per working day excluding breaks.
