We're looking for a friendly, energetic, and dependable Guest Services Representative to be the first point of contact for our guests. In this fast-paced front desk role, you'll handle phone calls, check-ins, check-outs, and guest requestsensuring every person who walks through our doors has a smooth and memorable experience. Your role is essential in delivering great service from start to finish.

What You'll Do:

• Deliver outstanding customer service on every call and in-person interaction.
• Check guests in and out, explain company policies, and answer questions about their stay.
• Handle guest needs from start to finishwhether it's early arrivals, special requests, or follow-up after check-out.
• Manage busy check-in/check-out times with professionalismeven when there's a line of waiting guests.
• Coordinate guest requests (luggage help, housekeeping items, wake-up calls, etc.) with the right departments.
• Keep accurate records and follow up to ensure issues are resolved.
• Share helpful information about the property, amenities, and nearby attractions.

What We're Looking For:

• 1+ year of call center or customer service experience (hotel experience a plus).
• A calm, professional, and upbeat attitudeeven during high-volume times.
• Strong communication skills and a passion for helping people.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
