If you are a Senior Project Manager that aligns with our values, we would love for you to continue reading and apply.What You Will Do:Lead project management and process design for new water/wastewater treatment facilities, lift stations, review existing water/wastewater treatment facilities, prepare reports for proposed equipment/systems upgrades and replacements, and present your findings to clients and regulatory agenciesConduct business development and develop client relationships in the water/wastewater industryIndependently evaluate, select, and apply various treatment technologies, equipment, and processes to optimize performance or ensure compliance with environmental regulations, and apply the results to water/wastewater treatment plant configurationsDevelop specifications and drawings such as process flow diagrams (PFDs) and process & instrumentation diagrams (P&IDs) for senior drafting techniciansAssess impact of changing DOH, EPA and MPCA regulations for specific client needsTravel to client and vendor locations for design reviews, field verification of designs, proposal presentations, and business development activities as neededWhat You Will Bring:Bachelor's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering10+ years of experience in water and/or wastewater engineering in areas such as evaluating, planning, designing, and constructing municipal and industrial water/wastewater treatment facilities, lift stations, wastewater conveyance and water distribution systems3+ years of water or wastewater engineering project management experienceOklahoma PE license or the ability to obtain one within 6 monthsThe ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and terrains associated with construction projectsProven business development experienceExperience mentoring, developing, and mentoring staffOur ideal candidate will have technical experience in the following: Wastewater treatment process designWater treatment process designWell and pump house designWater StorageBiological nutrient removalBiosolids stabilization and processingPilot testingProcess modelingAdvanced oxidationReuse
