Manchester Memorial Hospital

Manchester Memorial Hospital seeks a Nursing Professional Development Practitioner to lead clinical education and staff development for bedside nurses. This role designs and delivers orientation, competency-based training, and ongoing professional development aligned with evidence-based practice and regulatory standards. The practitioner collaborates with nurse leaders and multidisciplinary teams to assess learning needs, implement education plans, support quality and safety initiatives, and mentor nurses at all levels. This position advances a culture of continuous learning, clinical excellence, and patient-centered care in a community hospital setting.
