Premier Sleep Medicine is an established, physician-owned outpatient sleep medicine practice in Orlando looking to add a Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I) provider to our clinical team. We currently refer several insomnia patients per day to an outside practice for CBT-I — this role brings that care in-house.
**What you'll do**
- Deliver CBT-I to patients referred internally by our physician and nurse practitioners
- Manage a full caseload of individual CBT-I courses
- Coordinate with our clinical team on patients with comorbid sleep and insomnia presentations
**Qualifications**
- Active, independent LCSW or LMHC license in Florida (associate/provisional licenses not eligible)
- CBT-I certification or training strongly preferred — DBSM (Diplomate of Behavioral Sleep Medicine) credential, Society of Behavioral Sleep Medicine training, or equivalent
- Candidates without formal CBT-I certification but with strong relevant experience and willingness to complete training will also be considered
- Comfortable working independently within a medical practice setting
**Schedule**
Monday–Friday, office hours (approx. 8:30am–4:00pm). No call, no weekends.
**Compensation**
Base salary of $70,000–$90,000/year, commensurate with experience and CBT-I credentials — in line with current Orlando-market rates for LCSW/LMHC clinicians
