Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Responsibilities:
Provide one-on-one skilled nursing care in the patient's home Monitor the patient throughout the overnight shift Follow the patient's plan of care Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders Maintain patient safety, comfort, and care needs overnight Report any changes in condition to the clinical team Complete accurate and timely documentation Communicate with the family, caregivers, and clinical team as needed Maintain a professional and compassionate care environment BenefitsWeekly pay via direct deposit Flexible scheduling Supportive clinical leadership One-on-one patient care in the home setting Potential for additional shifts based on availability and case needs Background Screening Requirement: Under Florida law, this role is subject to background screening per Chapter 435, Florida Statutes, including fingerprinting and review for eligibility before employment.
