If youre eager to find your next opportunity, Imperial Dade is a great place to take that next step./ppThis position is a multi-functional role providing essential support across our accounting and operations departments, handling a mix of AP/AR, contract administration, and monthly reporting. We are looking for a team player with strong organizational skills and a high level of attention to detail to ensure accuracy across multiple financial tasks deadlines. You will work Monday through Friday, from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm./ppPay Range: $22.00 to $25.00 per hour/ppYou will:/pulliManage accounts receivable, daily cash applications (ACH, check, credit card), bank deposits, billing and collections/liliPerform weekly bank and credit card reconciliations/liliExecute the full accounts payable lifecycle, including GL coding, weekly check runs, and proactive resolution of vendor discrepancies/liliLead vendor contract lifecycles, ensuring accurate system pricing and communicating adjustments to the sales team/liliManage monthly rebate tasks and distribute regular sales and data reports/liliFinalize all AP/AR reconciliations for Month-End close and assist management with PL reporting/liliReview employee expense reports for accuracy/li/ulpYou have:/pulliHigh School Diploma, GED, or equivalent/lili2+ years of hands-on experience in AP, AR, payment processing, and reconciliations/liliProficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, and the ability to quickly learn and navigate software systems/liliExcellent communication skills/li/ulpAbout Imperial Dade!/ppWe offer a dynamic environment for our more than 7,500 employees to work, learn, and grow professionally.
