In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, servicing, repairing, and maintaining commercial HVAC systems while providing exceptional customer service and technical leadership in the field.What We Offer:Competitive hourly rate based on experienceMedical, Dental, Vision plansBasic Life InsuranceShort- and Long-Term Disability401k MatchPaid HolidaysPaid Time offWhat You'll Do:Service, diagnose, install, maintain, and repair commercial HVAC systems and equipmentTroubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and control-related HVAC issuesPerform preventative maintenance and system inspectionsEnsure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with company standardsParticipate in company-provided training on emerging technologies and industry best practicesMaintain accurate service records, work orders, and time reportingOperate and maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment in good working conditionCommunicate professionally with customers regarding system issues, recommendations, and solutionsSupport and mentor junior technicians as neededCollaborate with team members to deliver exceptional customer service and project successWhat You'll Bring:HVAC trade school certification or equivalent field experienceMinimum of 10+ years of commercial HVAC service experienceExtensive experience troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining commercial HVAC equipmentEPA Certification (Type III or Universal required)Strong knowledge of HVAC controls, refrigeration systems, air distribution systems, and related equipmentExcellent diagnostic and problem-solving abilitiesStrong customer service and communication skillsAbility to work independently and make sound decisions in the fieldValid driver's license with a clean driving recordAbility to pass required pre-employment and ongoing drug screeningsStrong commitment to safety and quality workmanshipPerforms other related duties as assignedPhysical Requirements:Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularlyAbility to safely move heavier equipment with assistance or proper lifting devicesComfortable working at heights, on ladders, rooftops, and in confined spacesAbility to work in varying weather conditions, including extreme heat and coldFrequent standing, walking, bending, kneeling, crawling, climbing, and reachingPhysically capable of performing all duties associated with commercial HVAC service and repairWorking with our Company:At Classic Air Conditioning & Heating, we bring over 50 years of expertise, integrity, and friendly service to every business and commercial property we serve.
