Assistant Project Manager - Commercial Construction

A well-established commercial general contractor with a strong Texas presence is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to join their El Paso team! They build a wide range of commercial projects such as healthcare, education and public work, so every project brings something new. Assistant Project Manager Responsibilities:

Support the Project Manager from preconstruction through closeout
Track budgets, cost reports and forecasts
Handle RFIs, submittals, change orders and pay applications
Coordinate with subcontractors, architects and owners
Help keep project schedules on track and up to date
Support safety and quality standards on every jobsite

Assistant Project Manager Qualifications:

2+ years of commercial construction experience as a Project Engineer or Assistant Project Manager
Degree in Construction Management, Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience
Experience with diverse ground-up commercial projects
Strong organization and communication skills
Open to candidates relocating to El Paso, TX

Assistant Project Manager Compensation & Benefits:

$75,000 - $85,000 depending on experience
