Flexible scheduling Responsibilities: Lead shifts and support daily store operations Work alongside team members to provide excellent customer service Assist with stocking, cleaning, and maintaining store standards Support inventory management and ordering Train and coach team members Assist with scheduling and staffing needs Complete administrative tasks and store paperwork Learn kitchen operations and provide support when needed Qualifications: Strong communication and leadership skills Organized and dependable Comfortable in a fast-paced environment Team-oriented with a lead-by-example mindset Basic computer skills High school diploma or GED preferred Previous retail or leadership experience is helpful, but not required At Becks, we believe great leaders help create great teams.
