- Troubleshooting and repairing plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, and more.
- Preparing vacant units for new move-ins to meet our high standards.
- Keeping the grounds clean, safe, and inviting including snow removal and landscaping.
- Handling service requests efficiently and professionally.
- Participating in the on-call rotation to respond to emergency maintenance needs.
- Supporting the property team in creating a great living experience for residents.
- At least 1 year of hands-on maintenance experience in residential, commercial, or related fields.
- Skills in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting, and appliance repair.
- A high school diploma or equivalent (certifications like HVAC/EPA are a plus).
- A valid driver's license and insurance.
- A strong work ethic, problem-solving mindset, and commitment to safety.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks indoors and outdoors.
