Senior Financial Analyst (Onsite with 25% Travel)

Senior Financial Analyst Compensation
- The pay for this position is $40.45 per hour.
- Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment.
- A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates.
Senior Financial Analyst Highlights
- This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs.
- The required availability for this position is Monday – Friday, standard business hours; flexibility may be required based on workload and business needs.
Senior Financial Analyst Responsibilities
- Work with business stakeholders to create investment requests, including ROI analysis
- Track and report on investment value realization and provide frequent updates to leadership
- Prepare financial reporting, forecasting, budget development, and financial modeling
- Review monthly financial statements for accuracy and completeness
- Analyze and summarize trend data and actual-to-budget variances
- Prepare monthly financial forecasts
- Develop and modify financial models to support strategic planning
- Collaborate with field staff and cross-functional departments to deliver high-level financial analysis
- Assist with annual budgeting processes
- Conduct ad hoc reporting and support special projects as assigned
- Train operational personnel on systems, accounting, and finance-related processes
Senior Financial Analyst Requirements
- Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting or Finance
- Minimum 5 years of financial analysis experience
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to travel up to 25%
- High School Diploma or GED
- Attendance is mandatory for the first 90 days.
Senior Financial Analyst Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Oracle and/or Essbase
- Prior experience supporting budgeting, forecasting, and investment analysis in a corporate environment
- Experience presenting financial insights to leadership teams
