Position: Full-time, Dispatcher/Customer Service Representative Location: Honolulu (Airport) Industry: Plumbing Schedule: Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Pay: $20.00 – $24.00 per hour Candidates must be in-state to apply and be considered. Free Online Skill Classes, EAP, Discounts & many more We’re seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Dispatcher/Customer Service Representative to manage high-volume customer calls, schedule service requests, and support technicians in a fast-paced environment. This role is key to ensuring timely and efficient service to our clients while maintaining strong communication and organization across teams. Job Duties: Answer and manage high volumes of calls and emails from customers, technicians, and vendors Schedule and assign work orders, track progress, and communicate updates to all stakeholders Support “preferred” accounts by coordinating services, submitting proposals, and generating reports Maintain and update backflow service records and schedule follow-ups Review and prepare inspection reports and assist in responding to high-risk inquiries Provide administrative support to the Plumbing Service Manager and assist technicians with customer communications #RemedyHIjobs Job Requirements: High school diploma required; Associate degree preferred 1–2 years of customer service or administrative experience, preferably in a service or technical industry Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and able to learn specialized software Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills with attention to detail Equal Opportunity Employer #J-18808-Ljbffr Remedy Staffing
