At F45 Training, we don’t just change bodies—we build communities. Operating under Apex Wellness Group, our studio delivers explosive, 45-minute functional workouts driven by team energy. We are looking for passionate Coaches (not just instructors) who care deeply about member connection, form correction, and creating an inclusive, high-five culture. The Role
As an F45 Coach, you are the heartbeat of our studio. You will lead high-energy classes, inspire members of all fitness levels, and foster a welcoming environment where culture comes first. Key Responsibilities
- Lead & Inspire: Deliver high-energy, team-based workouts with confidence and hype.
- Coach with Care: Provide clear form corrections, safety modifications, and goal-oriented consultations.
- Build Community: Engage with members, assist in retention, and contribute to daily social media content.
- Studio Pride: Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming studio environment.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year as a personal or group trainer, with an understanding of HIIT and functional movement.
- Vibe: Energetic, attentive, and a natural storyteller comfortable with public speaking.
- Availability: Flexible schedule; weekend availability is a must.
- Certifications: Active NCCA-accredited fitness certification (NASM, ACE, ACSM, ISSA, etc.) and current CPR/AED.
