Qualifications & Experience:

• Active BCBA certification (required)
• Previous experience working in school settings preferred
• Strong understanding of behavioral assessment and intervention strategies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, families, and support staff
• Proficiency in developing, implementing, and monitoring individualized behavior intervention plans

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional behavioral assessments and design evidence-based interventions
• Develop and oversee individualized education plans (IEPs) relating to behavioral needs
• Deliver direct and consultative services to students, educators, and families
• Collect and analyze behavioral data to inform ongoing strategies
• Facilitate staff training and support for implementing behavioral interventions successfully
• Maintain clear documentation and participate in IEP meetings
