Pay: $17.00 per hour

Shift: 2nd Shift | Monday–Friday | 4:00 PM – 1:00 AM

Hours: Approximately 50 hours per week

Responsibilities

• Monitor batching equipment to ensure smooth operation and address any issues or material jams
• Mix and sort soil and organic materials according to production requirements
• Move, stage, and organize materials throughout the facility
• Assist with batching operations, production processes, and material changeovers
• Maintain a safe and productive work environment
• Perform duties in a hot, dirty, and labor-intensive manufacturing setting

Requirements

• Previous experience working in hot, physically demanding environments preferred
• Steel-toe boots required
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and move materials throughout the shift
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical labor for extended periods
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to work overtime as needed

Work Environment

This position involves working in a manufacturing environment that can be hot, dusty, dirty, and physically demanding. Candidates should be comfortable performing hands-on labor throughout the shift.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Jacksonville, FL.

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
