Patient Account Resolution Specialist - Client Services

Community Health Network

Community Health Network is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Indianapolis, Indiana, to provide exceptional patient-centered customer service by addressing inquiries and facilitating account resolutions. This role requires a high school diploma and previous customer service experience. You will assist patients in navigating their healthcare needs while ensuring confidentiality and a respectful interaction. Preferred qualifications include experience in healthcare billing and basic computer skills. This position operates Monday to Friday from 9:30 am to 6:00 pm. #J-18808-Ljbffr
