Global Customer Success Manager

Job Duties Helping research market conditions in local, regional, national, or online markets. Assisting with the gathering of information to determine potential sales of client products. Gathering information on clients’ competitors using NielsenIQ/GfK data, including prices, sales, and/or methods of marketing or distribution. Preparing reports about NielsenIQ/GfK’s market research findings by illustrating data graphically and/or translating complex findings into written text. Analyzing data on customer demographics, preferences, needs, or buying habits to identify potential markets or factors affecting product demand. Measuring the effectiveness of client marketing, advertising, or communications programs/strategies using NielsenIQ/GfK’s gfknewron tool for consumer data. Seeking and providing information to help companies determine their position in the Marketplace. Forecasting and/or tracking marketing or sales trends by analyzing collected data. Monitoring industry statistics and following trends in trade literature. Assisting with the company’s gfknewron insight platform, including duties relating to key performance indicators (KPIs) and methodologies. Assisting with market research projects relating to the technical goods market. Presenting market research performance data to the company’s clients for global markets where NielsenIQ/GfK’s data is available. Managing and coordinating NielsenIQ/GfK’s platform roll out and implementation efforts for countries within specific global accounts. Driving and coordinating NielsenIQ/GfK’s market research platform adoption efforts within the company’s global client organization. Designing and controlling NielsenIQ/GfK’s action plans for various countries to guarantee regional adoption goals and global user targets for market research projects. Ensuring worldwide client feedback impacts the company’s future product roadmaps for market research projects. Assisting with digital transformation processes by presenting the Newron platform to U.S.-based and global clients. Delivering actionable recommendations and navigation metrics to GfK’s clients. Coordinating market research client services across regions and categories. Assisting with migrations of the gfknewron platform for U.S.-based accounts. Driving adoption efforts for the gfknewron platform within client organizations, including activation, reactivation, and engagement processes. Controlling action plans for market research projects. Performing ROI strategies by utilizing the company’s data in a story‑telling format and integrating market performance to improve client business results. Delivering industry business reviews to senior client audiences using NielsenIQ/GfK data/platforms. Building client success plans and use cases to prepare internal teams and clients for platform migration. Implementing the gfknewron platform in U.S.-based retail panels. Identifying cross‑sell and upsell opportunities to support business expansion. Maintaining high client satisfaction measured by Net Promoter Score (NPS). Telecommuting may be permitted; otherwise, must report to worksite. Up to 10% domestic travel to HQ, customer visits, and global offices. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Data Science, Chemistry, or related field. Seven (7) years of relevant experience. Location & Hours Boston, MA; 40 hours per week. Compensation & Benefits This role offers a market‑competitive salary (base compensation range $120,765.00–$129,100.00 per year). Additional incentives may include a sales‑based incentive or performance‑based bonus.
