We are seeking a proactive and well-organized Public Relations Assistant to support relationship-building activities, assist with company events, and help prepare public-facing information. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, communicating clearly, and contributing to initiatives that strengthen public engagement. Responsibilities

Assist with planning and coordinating outreach activities and public-facing initiatives. Help prepare informational materials, presentations, and approved company announcements. Support the coordination of company events, promotional appearances, and community activities. Share accurate company information with customers and other audiences. Respond to general questions and refer specialized inquiries to the appropriate team. Help organize schedules, contact information, and records related to outreach activities. Collect audience feedback and communicate relevant observations to colleagues. Coordinate with internal teams to maintain accurate and consistent messaging. Assist with preparing materials and logistical details for public engagement activities. Represent Harvest Advertising Inc. professionally during events and external interactions. Qualifications

Strong written and verbal communication skills. Professional demeanor and excellent interpersonal abilities. Good organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to communicate information clearly and courteously. Comfortable interacting with different audiences. Initiative, adaptability, and a willingness to learn.
