Job Summary
HireFrontier is hiring motivated, customer-focused Entry-Level Recruitment Sales Representatives to start a rewarding sales career — hands-on training, mentorship, and clear paths for growth included.
Responsibilities
● Engage prospective clients and job seekers professionally
● Build relationships by understanding hiring needs and career goals
● Present staffing and workforce solutions to potential clients
● Identify opportunities and help build new client accounts
● Answer questions about recruitment services accurately
● Keep detailed CRM records of interactions
● Collaborate with recruiters for great client/candidate experiences
● Work toward individual and team sales goals
● Stay informed on services and industry trends
Qualifications
● High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's/Bachelor's a plus
● Strong verbal/written communication
● Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
● Self-motivated, positive, eager to learn
● Thrives in a fast-paced, goal-oriented setting
● Sales, retail, customer service, or recruiting experience helpful but not required
● Strong organization and time management
● Comfortable with computers, Microsoft Office, email, and CRM
● Works well solo and on a team
