VP, AI-Native Design Systems & Creative Tech

JPMorganChase is seeking a VP UX Creative Technologist to lead the hands-on creation of an AI-native design system. You will own foundations, tokens, components, and documentation, building a scalable, living product that teams can contribute to and rely on.

The role combines design excellence with advanced AI-augmented engineering, shaping how employees experience design at scale. You will partner with leadership to raise the bar across craft, performance, and integration into workflows.
