Job Title: College Recruiter Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced College Recruiter to join a dynamic Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you will attract, engage, and hire top talent for co-op, internship, and entry-level professional opportunities across the organization. You will manage full-cycle recruiting processes, build strong relationships with universities and business partners, develop robust talent pipelines, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience while supporting early career hiring initiatives.

• Manage the full-cycle recruiting process for co-op, internship, and entry-level hiring needs across multiple business areas.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce planning needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for recurring co-op, internship, and entry-level positions, with a focus on co-op conversions and other strategic sources.
• Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to attract top early-career talent.
• Support and attend university recruiting events, career fairs, information sessions, networking events, and other talent attraction activities.
• Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates to assess qualifications, skills, and organizational fit.
• Coordinate interview scheduling, candidate communications, offer processes, and onboarding activities.
• Act as a talent advisor for designated business areas, providing recruiting guidance and expertise.
• Track and report recruiting metrics to measure effectiveness and support continuous improvement efforts.
• Partner closely with hiring managers and HR stakeholders to ensure a positive and seamless recruitment experience.
• Stay current on recruiting trends, labor market conditions, and best practices related to early career talent acquisition.
• Participate in strategic recruiting projects and business initiatives as needed.
• Support recruiting, hiring, and business-related events, including travel to college campuses and other locations as required.

• Minimum of 3 years of recruiting experience, preferably supporting college, university, internship, co-op, or entry-level recruiting programs.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. If no degree, 6+ years of relevant recruiting experience is required.
• Experience managing multiple requisitions and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Demonstrated full-cycle recruiting and talent acquisition experience.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly and build rapport with diverse audiences.
• Proven relationship-building skills with candidates, hiring managers, universities, and business partners.
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
• Ability to travel to support recruitment events and hiring initiatives as business needs require.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to effectively review and screen resumes.

• Experience supporting college recruiting, university relations, internship programs, or entry-level hiring initiatives.
• Experience planning and executing career fairs, campus events, and candidate engagement activities.
• Experience recruiting for Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, IT, or other professional functions.
• Experience using applicant tracking systems, candidate relationship management tools, and job posting platforms.
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations related to recruiting and hiring.
• Strong presentation skills for campus events, information sessions, and candidate interactions.
• Strong networking skills to build and maintain relationships with universities, student organizations, and professional networks.
• Customer service mindset with a focus on delivering a positive candidate and stakeholder experience.
• Interest in long-term opportunities with the potential for contract continuity and future conversion to a full-time role if available.

This role follows a Monday through Friday schedule, typically from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. It offers an 80% onsite and 20% remote work arrangement. You will support multiple customers across various business units and locations and have frequent interaction with universities, students, hiring managers, and business leaders. The position involves supporting recruiting and hiring events throughout the year, including travel to college recruiting activities, career fairs, campus events, and hiring initiatives both in-state and out-of-state. Travel averages 23 recruiting trips during the fall, 23 trips during the spring, and 12 trips during the summer, totaling approximately 30% travel.

This is a Contract position based out of Marysville, OH.

The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $40.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
