High School Science Teacher (Full-Time) School: Academy of Mount St. Ursula Location: Bronx, New York Salary: $55,000+ (based on experience) Medical Benefits Start Date: September 2026 Why Work Here? The Academy of Mount St. Ursula, an all-girls Catholic high school conducted in the Ursuline tradition and located in the Bronx, needs a science teacher for the upcoming school year, September 2026 - June 2027. We are a diverse school community, and we welcome applicants of all faiths. Responsibilities Teach Regents Living Environment (Biology), AP Biology, Anatomy & Physiology, and/or Earth Science Prepare students for Regents and AP exams Deliver engaging, standards-aligned lessons with hands‑on lab experiences Differentiate instruction and monitor student progress Incorporate and support AMSU's Catholic values and mission in teaching and interactions Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Biology, Science Education, or related field (Master's preferred) NYS Science Teaching Certification (required) Regents/AP teaching experience preferred Strong classroom management skills Apply Submit resume and cover letter to Sr. Meghan McArdle, Principal View email address on click.appcast.io #J-18808-Ljbffr Archdiocese of New York
