Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Active certification or licensure as a School Psychologist
• Experience conducting psychological and academic assessments within a school environment
• Proficiency with IEP development and participation in multidisciplinary teams
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with educators, families, and support staff
• Ability to provide individual and group counseling as needed
• Knowledge of current best practices in school psychology and relevant state/federal regulations

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to support student learning and behavioral needs
• Develop, implement, and monitor interventions and support plans in collaboration with educational teams
• Assist in the identification and assessment of students for special services
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to effective, data-driven decisions
• Consult with teachers, parents, and administrators to promote positive student outcomes
• Provide crisis intervention and support for students as situations arise
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with legal and ethical standards
