What you'll do:
• Call and text driver leads
• Screen and qualify candidates
• Match drivers with job openings
• Track follow-ups and stay organized
Skills needed:
• Clear communication
• Comfortable on the phone
• Basic computer skills
• Reliable and self-motivated
