This is an excellent opportunity for a manufacturing accountant who has developed a solid foundation and is ready for broader exposure to costing, inventory, budgeting, forecasting, and operational analysis.

What You’ll Do

• Support and ultimately own manufacturing cost-accounting and inventory activities

• Analyze standard costs, manufacturing variances, labor, overhead, WIP, and other key cost drivers

• Assist with budgeting and forecasting as you grow into the position

• Support month-end close activities related to manufacturing costs and inventory

• Partner with the Controller and Operations to understand how costs move through the manufacturing process

• Use Excel and ERP data to analyze results and provide meaningful financial insight

Qualifications & Requirements

• 2+ years of accounting experience in a manufacturing environment

• Experience with manufacturing costs, inventory, or related plant-accounting responsibilities

• Strong Excel skills and the ability to work comfortably with financial and operational data

• Understanding of standard costing, BOMs, routings, labor, overhead, or variance analysis preferred

• Epicor or another manufacturing ERP system preferred

• Ability to work 100% onsite
