What You'll Do

• Oversee the MDS process and resident assessments
• Ensure accurate, timely MDS completion and regulatory compliance
• Coordinate care planning with interdisciplinary teams
• Support Medicare and Managed Care requirements
• Drive quality outcomes and reimbursement accuracy
• Serve as a key clinical and operational partner within the facility

What You'll Need

• Current Washington LPN license (or NLC-eligible)
• Previous MDS Coordinator experience
• Strong knowledge of the RAI process and case management
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Ability to meet all employment screening requirements
