What You’ll Do

• Provide specialized neonatal care in a Level III NICU setting
• Collaborate with neonatologists and nursing staff to develop and implement patient care plans
• Support families through bedside care and education
• Assist with coverage in the newborn nursery as needed
• Ensure adherence to hospital policies and safety protocols
• Contribute to quality improvement initiatives in neonatal care

What You Need

Required:

• Valid Nurse Practitioner license in NC
• Neonatal Nurse Practitioner certification (or eligibility)
• Prior experience in neonatal intensive care or similar setting
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Preferred:

• Experience with single-room NICU care models
• Pediatric subspecialty knowledge
