Get to Know Your Team:

• Hackensack Meridian Pascack Valley Medical Center is a 128-bed, full-service, acute-care community hospital with a new emergency department, a state-of-the-art maternity center, a women's imaging center, and an ICU.

• Responsible for planning, directing, supervising, and coordinating Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, and Diagnostic Imaging services.
• Oversees quality, patient experience, regulatory compliance, financial performance, staffing, and strategic initiatives across assigned departments.

Job Requirements:

• Master’s degree in a healthcare-related field .
• 7+ years of acute care experience .
• 5+ years of leadership experience .
• Graduate of an accredited program in Physical Therapy.
• Current New Jersey Physical Therapy , Occupational Therapy, or Speech-Language Pathology License required. 

Rate of pay is determined based on experience and education, and may include other pay components such as differentials and call pay based on role.
