This direct hire opportunity is responsible for overseeing maintenance team members, improving equipment reliability, and ensuring efficient operations during assigned shifts. The ideal candidate has strong maintenance experience, proven leadership skills, and the ability to drive preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives in a fast-paced production environment.$65,000 – $118,000/Year + Bonus Eligibility12-Hour Rotating Fireman’s ScheduleLead and manage maintenance team members during assigned shiftsCoach, train, and develop team members to improve technical skills and performanceCoordinate maintenance schedules, assignments, and staffing needsDrive continuous improvement initiatives, including root cause analysis (RCA) and corrective actionsCollaborate with Operations and Engineering teams to improve equipment reliability and performanceRespond to equipment downtime and provide troubleshooting support as neededEnsure compliance with maintenance procedures, safety policies, and regulatory requirementsMonitor maintenance documentation and ensure accurate completion of work recordsSupport the development and execution of preventative maintenance programsAssist with departmental planning, budgeting, and operational goalsPromote a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvementAssociate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a technical field preferred (or equivalent experience)5+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience requiredExperience in GMP or regulated manufacturing environments preferredStrong mechanical, electrical, and troubleshooting skillsAbility to analyze problems and implement effective solutionsExcellent communication, leadership, and organizational skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentManufacturing/lab environment with exposure to chemicals, equipment, and industrial operationsFrequent standing, walking, and movement throughout the facilityAbility to lift and move up to 15 lbs as neededMust follow all PPE, safety, and company compliance requirementsOccasional travel required (<5%, with possible short-term increased travel during equipment commissioning)
