Manufacturing Supervisor | 4-Day Schedule

Type: Direct Hire

Location: Mechanic Falls, Maine

Schedule : Monday–Thursday , 5:00 PM – 3:30 AM

Pay: $27-$36 per hr.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead daily production to meet safety, quality, and output goals

• Help build, train, and develop a growing production team

• Adjust workflows as volume increases

• Maintain a strong presence on the production floor

What This Role Looks Like Day-to-Day

• You’ll spend most of your time on the floor supporting your team

• You’ll be directly involved in training, coaching, and setting expectations

• You’ll help create structure

What We’re Looking For

• 3 or more years of experience in a manufacturing leadership role

• Someone comfortable in a build/growth environment (not just maintaining the status quo)

• Strong communication and team development skills

• Ability to problem-solve in a fast-paced, changing environment

• Basic computer skills

• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

• High school diploma or equivalent
