Denver, Hybrid

Competitive Basic Salary + Commission

Full time, permanent

There's a reason the best tech recruiters are repositioning right now: the market is shifting, fast.

AI, data and advanced technology aren't emerging anymore. They're defining where the market is heading, and that's exactly where Investigo has been building for years.

We're growing our small, boutique AI Sciences & Technology team in Denver, and we're speaking to a select number of recruiters who want to operate at the front of the market.

Why Denver, why now?

Denver has become one of the most exciting tech markets in the US. A growing concentration of AI, data, software and cyber talent, combined with established sectors like aerospace, energy, fintech and healthtech, means demand for specialist tech hiring is accelerating.

For the right recruiter, that's a rare opportunity: a market with real depth and momentum, backed by a business that already knows how to win in technology.

Our Denver team is deliberately small and boutique. That means genuine visibility, a close-knit team where your impact is noticed, and the chance to play a real part in shaping how we grow, all with the backing of a large, established international group.

What makes this different

This isn't about plugging into a saturated desk. It's about stepping into a high-growth, high-demand space with real momentum behind it.

→ AI & Data performance up 4x year on year

→ 9+ years building a serious US tech presence

→ Deep, established relationships with cutting-edge clients

→ A boutique team feel with big-group resources behind you

You won't be catching up here. You'll be joining ahead of the curve.

The market you'll operate in

You'll work across:

→ AI, Machine Learning and Data Science

→ Software Engineering (backend, platform, distributed systems)

→ Cybersecurity and Infrastructure

→ Advanced tech roles at the intersection of AI and industry

You'll also have the scope to build across the wider technology landscape, rather than being confined to one lane, and to work alongside our established US teams to open doors nationally.

What you'll be doing

→ Owning and growing your market, with full 360 responsibility

→ Winning new clients and expanding existing relationships across the Denver and wider US tech landscape

→ Headhunting and engaging high-calibre technical talent in competitive, specialist areas

→ Acting as a trusted advisor to hiring managers on talent availability, compensation and market trends

→ Building a long-term, sustainable desk rather than chasing quick wins

Why Investigo

→ Definia-backed: a genuinely differentiated capability that opens doors others can't

→ Proven leadership: Amir Al-Ajooz and Jordan Fitzpatrick have built high-performing teams with real longevity

→ 8-year average tenure, which in recruitment tells you everything

→ Up to 50% commission through our Platinum scheme, plus real autonomy

→ Multiple routes to success across AI Sciences and our broader tech portfolio

→ The best of both worlds: the agility and culture of a boutique team, with the brand, infrastructure and reach of The IN Group

Who this is for

You're likely already a 360 tech recruiter who:

→ Understands where the market is heading across AI, data and advanced tech

→ Has a consistent billing track record and a strong business development instinct

→ Wants more ownership, autonomy and earning potential

→ Feels held back by the limits of your current setup

→ Wants to build something properly, not just chase short-term wins

Experience recruiting in the Denver or Colorado market is a real advantage, but if you've built a strong tech desk elsewhere and are excited by what Denver offers, we'd still like to talk.

We're not speaking to everyone.

If you've already heard from us, take a proper look. If not, and you back yourself to be part of this conversation, get in touch.
