They are interested in highly motivated and proactive individuals to fill their open role of Restoration Project Manager with extended experience in either commercial/residential restoration.
Requirements:
- Reputable restoration company in the area known for quality work and strong team culture.
- Full-time, on-site role managing restoration projects from assessment through completion.
- Oversee crews, budgets, documentation, and client/stakeholder communication.
- Handle residential and commercial projects ranging from $1-$5M, including water, fire, mold, storm, and large-loss work.
- Requires 3-5+ years of experience, water/mold certifications, Xactimate proficiency, IICRC certification preferred, and leadership of 5-10+ person crews.
- Education: High School Diploma- GED/Associates/ Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Ideal for a hands-on, organized leader who thrives in a fast-paced, process-driven environment.
