We are currently seeking a CNC Operator to join our team in a specialized optics manufacturing environment. This role involves operating and programming a variety of manual and CNC machines, including equipment specific to the optical industry. Experience with optics is a strong plus but not required—we are willing to train the right candidate.

• Operate manual and CNC machines used in the production of optical components

• Program and run 3-axis CNC machines (Haas experience is a plus)

• Learn and operate specialized optical machining equipment, including Optipro SX 150 and Optipro PX 200

• Perform quality checks and ensure precision of machined components

• Maintain equipment and keep work area clean and organized

• Follow safety and production protocols at all times

• Previous machining experience required (optical machining experience is a plus)

• Ability to program CNC machines preferred

• Experience with Haas CNC machines is a plus

• Willingness to learn and operate optical-specific equipment

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team
