Physical Therapist (PT) - California

We are  seeking compassionate, skilled, and dedicated Physical Therapist in Southern and Northern California.

Employment Type : Full-Time Work Arrangement.

Competitive Pay : Discuss once an interest is made.

Schedule : 35 hours per week, Monday through Friday - Weekends are not  required

Facility Size : 99-bed healthcare  facility.

In this Role :

The ideal candidate will provide high-quality, patient-centered care to help individuals improve mobility, manage pain, regain physical function, and recover from injuries or medical  conditions.

The Physical Therapist will work closely with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans that support recovery, independence, and overall quality of life.

Qualifications and  Requirements.

Bachelor's, master's, or doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.

Current and valid California Physical Therapist  license.

Current CPR certification.

Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, kinesiology, and rehabilitation  techniques.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and patient education skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary  team.

Strong  critical-thinking , problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Physical ability to perform the essential duties of the position, with reasonable accommodations as  applicable.

Previous experience in a healthcare or rehabilitation setting is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and assess patients' mobility, strength, balance, and functional  abilities.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patients' needs and recovery  goals.

• Provide therapeutic exercises, mobility training, manual therapy, and other  appropriate treatment   interventions.

• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as  needed.

• Educate patients and their families on exercises, safety precautions, and techniques to improve mobility and manage  pain.

• Collaborate with physicians, occupational therapists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient  care.

• Maintain  accurate ,  timely , and complete clinical documentation and patient  records.

• Follow applicable healthcare regulations, professional standards, and ethical  guidelines.
  

• Participate in continuing education and professional development to  maintain clinical knowledge and  skills.

PT License in State of Assignment
CPR / BLS
Bachelors or Masters Degree in Physical Therapy
