Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee all exterior construction projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
• Coordinate with project managers, crews, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution.
• Manage the procurement and allocation of materials and equipment to optimize project efficiency.
• Implement and maintain quality control measures to uphold Bayfront's standards of excellence.
• Facilitate clear and proactive communication with customers to enhance satisfaction and trust.
• Monitor project budgets closely to prevent cost overruns and ensure financial accountability.
• Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.

Qualifications:

• Experience in managing construction projects, particularly in roofing, windows, siding, and decking.
• Ability to maintain and optimize production schedules, ensuring timely project completion.
• Proven track record of leading and supervising project managers, crews, and subcontractors effectively.
• Strong skills in confirming project scopes, labor, materials, and timelines before commencement.
• Capability to ensure projects remain within budget and meet quality standards.
• Experience in visiting job sites to verify quality, safety, and cleanliness.
• Ability to resolve field problems proactively to prevent customer impact and delays in project timelines.
